The challenge
Busy kitchens lose time and goodwill at the handoff moment. Customers queue, staff scramble, and orders get mixed up. Chekt needed to make that final step fast, accurate, and pleasant — without adding friction for either side.
What we built
We delivered a mobile experience backed by IoT-enabled pickup points, giving operators real-time visibility into orders and giving customers a clear, contactless path from arrival to pickup.
